We camped above an alpine lake and skinny dipped at a nearby lake. We were lucky enough to make it back to camp to catch a beautiful sunset (followed by sunrise the next morning.)
We hiked six hours in, set up camp, had dinner and wine, and called it an early night. At sunrise, Reid and I exchanged our vows to each other and after a brief rain delay and breakfast, had a ceremony surrounded by our friends and the mountains.
Like most others, my adventurous spirit led me up here, but it was the access to wilderness, option of solitude, and authenticity of the community that kept me here
